In Delivery Note, I wish to change “Reference” to “Delivery Note Number”. how can I do the change? Thanks.
The simple answer is no, you cannot.
However if you have enough technical skills you can write a Custom Theme to change the content of your forms.
Please be warned though that Custom Themes are placed under obsolete features.
