For the answer to your question, read this Guide: Manager Cloud. You could apply a similar link to change a field label. The same has also been discussed in previous forum topics. Search before posting and you will usually find an answer.
If you don’t have the coding skills personally to handle such changes in a custom theme, hire a local programmer.
But if you select a built-in tax code for a country that requires renaming of the invoice, it will automatically be renamed.
