Cash Accounts Privileges/Hide cash account from Limited User

@lubos the previous server version allowed the administrator to select the cash accounts a limited user could see. The new server version doesn’t have that option. The ability to hide a cash account from limited users was a super cool feature for limiting errors and hiding information from users who are not supposed to see everything happening with cash/bank accounts of the company.

Please bring it back

It’s back. I ended up reverting server edition to how it worked before as I’m not going ahead with changes I was originally planning.
