Capital accounts is not showing up under Starting Balances. This chart of accounts:
produces this register in Starting Balances:
So it is impossible to migrate an ongoing business with capital accounts.
This is a regression from introducing ability to have custom control accounts for capital accounts. Fixed in the latest version (18.7.54).
