# Can't see the folder location for data (v 26.2.20.3187)

On the businesses page, I can see my one business listed. At the bottom left of this page I understand it should show my data folder location, but there is nothing there at all. I have tried resizing the window, etc. I just can’t see it.

In a different posting, I saw that you can also go under Help/About and see the folder location. For me, this is not the case, as this menu selection merely pops a version window.

Finally, under “Settings” I can’t find anything such as “file locations” or such.

Any tips?

I have experienced the same confusion because I also have multiple data folders on my computer with similar contents.

For that reason, I suggest adding an **active folder indicator** in Manager Desktop so users can easily see which folder the application is currently using.

This feature would be very useful, as it would allow users to confirm they are working with the correct business data and avoid unnecessary confusion.

That would be a cool feature, perhaps under “settings".”
