Cannot open tab to set up bank

Hi, I started to enter bills but I cannot open the tab to select The Bank tab, when I go to settings as described in the guide it does not show the option to select the bank tab. Any ideas would be great

You have to use the Customise button to select the Bank Tab

Then click on the Bank and Cash Accounts and create the accounts you need
