Cannot add items to Purchase Orders/Invoices?

When creating Purchase Orders or Purchase Invoices, I go to add an item but I cannot add it because the error message ‘No matches found’ appears.

Where do I add items?

You can add them under Settings tab, then Purchase Invoice Items
