I get a error when i will start manager (desktop/mac), i can’t get in. someone an idea how to solve?

Start by updating your software. You are hundreds of versions behind.

Aah oke thanks how can i update and lost not all my data?
Update the same way you installed. Your data is not stored in the program. It is in a separate data file.
so i can download and install after that it will find the data file?
