When a delivery note is generated from a sales order, the sales order quantity becomes 0. hi sir … i am facing same problem. when i go to copy sales order to delivery note the quatities disappeared . i looked for version 21.3.63 to correct this error bu i could not find so what to do . ---

It is not logical to copy a Sales Invoice to a Sales Order or Delivery Note. You must use the Sales Order first, copy to a Delivery Note and when delivered copy to a Sales Invoice. ---

This was regarded as a bug in 2021 as shown above and was fixed by Lubos. Also, it has affected many businesses now which needs to be fixed as soon as possible. ---

that is right but when i try to copy from slaes order to delivery note there are no quantities numbers on the delivery note ? ---

Copy from sales invoice also comes with no qty. This has to be fixed because many businesses use this process. @lubos please see to it. ---

It works fine in recent versions.
