The solution is to simply reorder journal entry line items. The latest version (19.11.88) will hide supplementary amount field for the last line item to make the limitation more obvious but eventually I’d like to make some improvements to overall multi-currency implementation so this won’t be necessary.

In the latest version (20.06.45), the supplementary amount is no longer hidden on the last line of journal entry because new versions of Manager don’t have this limitation anymore.
