# Batch View and Portal View not working

just updated to **25.8.31.2731** still have the same batch view problems.

i have been facing this same challenge for a while now. batch View has not been working since it always appear as blank sheet.

pls rectify this issue with urgency.

Batch View working fine on my end — tested it on the **Sales Invoice** tab and **Inventory Item** tab. Desktop Edition v25.9.17.2781.

If you’re using a **Custom Theme** , make sure you’re calling `sendResize()` at the end of your rendering. That’s what tells the parent frame to adjust the height properly. Without it, the iframe might not display the content correctly.

      height: document.documentElement.scrollHeight + 1

Batch view has been fixed on customer/supplier statements in the latest version (25.9.19).

**25.9.19.2794** batch view still not working. Anywhere that it is a “batch view” tab I get empty blocks as a result. The tabs that have batch operations seem to work properly. customer, special accounts, sale invoice and such not working

@SRX have a look at the latest version (25.9.21). I think nearly all screens should have batch view functioning now.

lubos..thanks! I upgraded to the current and it is indeed working. Thank You! Everything does seem to work. I know these things can be difficult when updating things and one thing can break so many others. I appreciate the continued work to get this all fixed. Again Thank You!

I am using version 26.8.6, but I am still experiencing an issue with the batch output of invoices: grey borders are covering some of the information on the invoices.

I did not have this problem about a year ago, so I am wondering if there is a setting or another solution that can correct it.

Printing dozens of invoices individually takes a considerable amount of time. I would greatly appreciate any help in finding a solution to the batch-printing problem.

Hello Ealfardan,

I appreciate your reply. I am using the iOS app. So I do not know how to turn off Background graphics in the app.

**QUICK AND EASY SOLUTION**

After writing that note, I spent an hour with Perplexity and found a quick and easy solution. After loading Manager App, **opening the following link in Google Chrome** allows in Chrome access to all the functions of the Manager App: [http://127.0.0.1:55667/businesses](http://127.0.0.1:55667/businesses)

I tried it in Safari, but the Batch View printing does not paginate correctly. Chrome at 85% with Headings and Footers off gives the best result.

Hopefully this solution may help others, since there has been no solution within the Manager app itself.
