I have tried this several times and on three (3) customers it refuses to change the price when pasted back into Manager. But rather creates a new transaction for that customer.
Any one have any ideas?

It is important that the “Key” column is included when using Batch Update
Yes @AJD

cells in Key code column are filled. none were changed. All I did was change prices in spreadsheet, copied entire contents and pasted back,
It does this to same three Sales invoices, just creates new and leaves old in there as well for some reason…odd
I will check with out doing any changes in spreadsheet and paste back to see if it occurs? will do that a bit later.
Figured it out!!!
when doing a find and replace in Excel for say “Replace 370 with 390” it searches the Key Column and changes that also if applicable.
One has to make sure they are not searching the entire wooksheet…just use the column they need to change…
what a dope I am.
