For convenience, I have created a Customer called Cash Sales, Now the cash has to received by the system. so instead of receipt one by one is there a way to post those receipts in bulk.
I know somebody will advise me to directly sell in Receipts as it’s a Cash Sales which I did and found out that 1, We can’t post a return of any item
2, We can’t get a cash sales total separately
The above is per my experience. I would welcome it if there is any way out in either way

Yes, you can. Depending on the nature of your sales, including whether inventory items are included and “cash sales” means sales by actual physical money or just non-credit, you can:
- Post cash sales to a separate income account.
- Add a custom field to your receipt form with a payment method, then search the Receipts tab for “Cash sale”.
- Drill down on the balance of a cash account.
It is a matter of setting up your business to accommodate the information you want your accounting system to provide.
