I have been balancing my checking account but it will not balance. The amount I’m off is the exact amount of the deposits for the month. Both Deposits totaling 475.00 show cleared in the entries but still are not registering on the Bank Reconciliation. I sure this must be something I’m not doing correctly but I can not find it on the forum or the Guides. Thank you for your assistance.

First, you are not finished with the reconciliation process. Follow it to completion and see if you still have an issue.
Meanwhile, post a screen shot of the Edit screen of one of your deposits that you believe is not showing correctly. Obscure only personal information.
I’m sorry @Tut I have been in and out of this working on this all morning and this is the screen I get. I can find nothing else to complete. Thank you for you help.
There is separate deposit for 75.00 but I did not include it in the screen shot.
@Tut I found it. The cleared date is incorrect. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was in it so long I was not seeing it. Thank you!!
I am glad you sorted it out.
The reason I said you were not finished with the reconciliation process was that your first screen shot still showed a yellow banner with an instruction to enter a closing balance for 1/19/2021. As long as Manager keeps giving you instructions, you need to keep following them. Even if you jump out of the Bank Reconciliations tab to do something else, the next time you come back, the program will still be asking you to finish that reconciliation.
