Bank recon keeps losing info when I go back to carry on

I keep doing my bank account and then the recon and then I do a back up but when I go back to carry on working it has either not seeing the recon and or losing entries what can I do to prevent this as its very frustrating and the only problem that I am having with Manager please can anyone advise. I am on version 17.10.35

you need to explain a bit more with some screenshots that may help understand your problem better.

what do you exactly mean by losing entries?

Make sure that you are creating a NEW reconciliation every time - not editing the existing one. Can you confirm if this is the case?
