I have a divisional balance sheet report for 31/03/2025 the first column is person 1 the 2nd is person 2 and the 3 is combined but the combined one in retained earnings does not add up?
If you have more than 2 divisions the other divisions need to be included to reconcile to the combined.
Hi Thanks for your reply I only have 2 divisions I would of thought those 2 added up would equal the combined
Yes, added together they should be equal to the combined as the dates match and the divisions selected seem to be unique (same division hasn’t been selected twice).
Do the balances for each division seem to be correct - they are identical - or are the combined balances incorrect?
Is there anything in your Suspense account?
Are you using Cash Basis?
Have you used the Division exception report?
