I installed the version 20.10.78 on windows 10 and now i cannot run backup anymore see below
The user is present and has always been and the backup has always worked .
For your info there is a space between “DiteQ Europe”.
My advice is to search the forum before starting new topics. You would have found the answer. Update your software.
i searched the database for backup and ALL entries are for older versions.

Yes, I read which version you are running. That is why I told you to update your software. A fix for this was announced earlier today in v20.10.81: Error when trying to backup accounts.
