Back up saving to Outlook

Hi, I am probably doing something totally stupid, but my backups are saving to an Outlook file. Trying to send to my accountant but not having any success. Help please??

What you are saying does not make any sense.

Can you show copies of the screens images when you are backing up?

The backup is saved to a file named with the Business Name and date with the file extension .manager
