Back up restore

Ive just done a back up and wanted to test the import, but it will not allow me to browse to select file.
when i hover over browse it does highlights but doesn’t go anywhere.
anybody any ideas

my wife on another PC works fine.

seems to work fine on Internet Explorer but not Firefox

Ive deleted Firefox and reinstalled but the import browse link still not working.Windows 8 OS.
all seems to work fine on another pc and also on Internet Explorer. It has worked for me on stand alone Manager on PC but does not on the Cloud Edition. any ideas anyone ?

OK NOW RESOLVED was a firefox issue, cleared my history cache and cookies
