Hi when i try to view my back ups this is the message i receive
There is no application set to open the document “Forever and Beyond Decor (2017-06-30).manager”.
Are you able to advise what application i need. Thanks
You can’t view backup files by clicking or double clicking on them.
Backup files can only be viewed by opening Manager - Add Business - Import Business

Hi Brucanna I tried that but came back as invalid file format.
Ive now tried to back up to an external hard drive this is the message i got back
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path “/Users/lisarhook/.local/share/Manager/95ecc533093f4e31a93bf2bdbc3bb0b8.manager” or “/Volumes/Iomega_HDD/Forever and Beyond Decor (2017-07-20).manager” is denied.
I must look like I’m talking to myself lol
It worked when i backed up and saved it o my desktop, so how can i save it to my external hard drive for more security. Thank You
Copy the desktop file to the external drive.
