Aussiebankfeeds.com not working for Nab account in Australia - Resolved

Hi

I’ve set up Aussie bank feeds but it’s not working the bank accounts show up and it shows the connection as active but when I press refresh it says “failed to refresh” and on the Sync tab it shows “Done. 0 synced across 4 accounts.”

When I click on my nab account on the Accounts tab, it shows the transactions but no dates (and I assume as a result it does not sync). It all works fine for my CBA account though.

Any ideas?

I since discovered that these are pending transactions and are not synced until finalised. Once they finalised they synced with no problems.
