In my forum.manager.io account I tried asking the AI bot a question, but got an error popup message
Exact steps:
Clicked AI Bot in top menu
typed question under ‘What can I help you with?’
pressed Enter (also tried clicking on the send message icon)
got popup: ‘Sorry, you cannot send a personal message to that user.’

Yes, I use that link to the main page chatbot, but it doesn’t keep history of chats. I thought that the chat bot inside the Forum would keep the history, or so it looks. If it doesn’t accept messages, then why show it in the menu?
