Depending on what you actually mean by “I want Emp id under Employee,” you may be able to get what you want without a custom field. The Name field under the Employees tab will accept HTML code. Using a <br> tag inserts a line break, so an ID number can be added below the name. The number will then appear everywhere the name currently does, in listings, on payslips, etc.:
