Dear sir, when I created inventory items description without item code OPTIONAL already mentioned there. But in sales entry there is not showing items description or items. Please Help. Thanks and regards.
You will have to put the information into the Description bar at the bottom
and choose the product in the item bar
As reflected in your 1st screenshot, you haven’t selected the item in the Item drop-down menu in the Sales invoice edit page.
As @Mark pointed out (without saying so explicitly), you select items, not descriptions. The items are represented in the Item field dropdown list by Code if you use them and Item Name.
