Can I create categorized the accounts by due dates are in account receivable ?
Eg, overdue 1-30 days account , overdue 21-60 days account etc , Account like below link
The video you linked to is not official. That is, it was not produced by NGSoftware. Nor was it downloaded from the Manager web site. It uses a version of Manager that is obsolete by many hundreds of updates.
What you want is available under Reports as the Aged Receivables report.
