# Accessing cloud version through IPHONE Web

Hello,

I am not able to access my cloud account using my cell phone web browser. I am brought to the correct screen when the address is typed in, but the username does not work (attached picture)  
Using my computer at home, I am able to access the account using the administrator username as usual.  
Is there something I’m missing?
