Control Accounts Made Up Of Employees

I request for the ability to group Employees into Control Accounts (Control Account made up of Employees). In my case, I want to group the payable for employees to:

  1. Fixed Term Contract Employees Clearing Account
  2. Long Term/Permanent Contract Employees Clearing Account
  3. Part-Time Contract Employees Clearing Account
  4. Expatriate Employees Clearing Account

I could then keep track on the payables to these groups without visiting some spreadsheet.

This update also changes how control accounts are created. Instead of going to Chart of Accounts, there is now new section under Settings tab named Control Accounts.

This gives better visibility across control accounts and how they are linked to subsidiary accounts (customers, suppliers, fixed assets etc).
