Bug in latest version - starting balance Tax Payable not included in B/S

I have just updated to the latest version 19.11.84 and now I have an error in my Balance Sheet

A value of -704 has appeared in my Starting Equity account which was not there before

For my Starting Balances, I entered a debit balance on the Tax Payable account of 704

but this not is not included in my Starting Balances

I can duplicate this. I have put it into the bugs category.

Thats good because I can not enter tax payable into starting balances ether I can enter but it wont update/save

The latest version (19.11.85) is fixing this issue.
